Consultation
We visit the property and analyze its presentation. We advise you on how to enhance or change areas and details. We make recommendations and offer solutions according to budget, timescale and the level of improvements needed. All our suggestions will be put in writing and sent to you for your consideration.

Design
After the initial consultation, you may choose for us to perform all design drawings required to detail the project. Design alterations beyond those considered reasonable during the collaborative design process are charged at additional fee. Once the design is approved the client has the option to commission full building and decorating specifications for each room. These are highly desirable documents used to detail the works required to the contractor for quotation purposes and to guide the activities of the contractor during the project itself.

Shopping
After the initial consultation, you might wish us to help you with sourcing the appropriate furniture, accessories and other elements that would enhance your space. Our designers can go shopping with you or they can do it for you.

Styling
After the initial consultation, if the property needs no major redecoration, a styling day can be arranged where we utilize your existing furniture and, if necessary, add some of the new elements we have suggested.

Home Staging
A comprehensive service including illustrations, samples & specifications. We research and source furnishings, appliances, materials and if necessary, we can arrange furniture rental, hire builders and monitor their work.
